   no BS preaching. I've done it a few times before but we always get off earlier than we want. Like we tried to get out of state but we ended up just at the border. Serious answers only, is there a way to know how many stops a train will make and can you find out its final stop before getting on?

Is this all calculated on a routing beforehand by software that knows the full and empty weight of each car and it's destination?
