i feel like it is...cuz i am so bloated and full!
breakfast= fruit and yogurt parfait from mcdonalds
lunch= (a huge one at Sweet Tomatoes!)salad w/ mushrooms, spinach, chickpeas, and lowfat italian dressing; 2 big chunks of chicken from the chicken noodle soup, one small cheesy bread square, and half of a piece of cornbread
snack= handful of granola
dinner= 1 cup of dry cereal (jumbo rice crispies), handful of craisins, 20 pistachios
snack= 5 rice cakes, 1 tbsp peanut butter, handful of crackers
i think this is too much for one day....
